Pekka Eskola is Chief Economist at PensionsEurope that represents €7 trillion of assets. He has 20 years’ work experience in economics and finance. He has e.g. worked in the European Parliament and as economic adviser to Olli Rehn, Governor of the Bank of Finland. Currently Eskola is finalising his PhD thesis on pension funds as responsible owners.
